STEPS:

  1. 20 hope flexor stretches
  2. 20 switch lunges
  3. 20 walking side squats
  4. 1 minute floor sprints
  5. 20 jump squats

Repeat circuit 3x and take a 15 second rest between exercises. Add resistance bands for an extra challenge.
